Ardouin Rail Consultant Services was formed in 2014 after seeing a gap in the market for a professional, reliable and accurate external estimation service.
Whilst working for various main contractors and sub-contractors we were continually frustrated by receiving external estimates that were either late, unclear or simply incorrect!
With this in mind we thought we could provide something different by offering a conscientious, timely, accountable service to the rail industry.
With over 25 years experience in estimation, project management & estimation our team are more than your average estimators.
All of our team are "time served" in their respective fields and have worked their way up from apprentices into senior management positions.
This gives us a vast amount of knowledge of installation processes and times.
This also allows us to evaluate scope and specification documents to ensure the scheme works and therefore provide you with the most accurate cost possible.
We have provided estimates for electrical and civil projects between £5000 and £20,000,000 in value.
Our specific area of expertise is London Underground and Network Rail Infrastructure. With our experience, we are fully aware of the numerous constraints associated with working in this demanding environment.
We are full conversant with London Underground and Network Rail standards, such as the Section 12 regulations and have in depth knowledge of their APR (approved project register) and Network Rails PADS.
